Who are we and what do we do?
It all started with a good-willed dream. A dream to provide high quality furniture at affordable prices to people that could not afford it. Turns out, bargains like these don't stay quiet for long.
We fill up our Aspley warehouse with overstocks, end of line, deleted ranges and more from some of the world’s most reputable furniture brands. We then cut the prices 40% to 80% off and run Brisbane's Largest Furniture Warehouse Sale.
There’s a reason our customers drive from all over Australia to come to WFC. Our huge variety of lounge and bedroom furniture is a guaranteed solution for your home. We also have some of the highest quality living and outdoor furniture priced to clear!
Every event is different, its basically a new treasure hunt each time, as such the webpage only offers an overview of the type of stock we have previously had to show the scope of what we do. If you would like specific product information you must visit our Facebook
page in the week leading up to an event. Furthermore on the eve of the sale, (generally a Friday night) we do a live stream for Q&A and for you to have a look around the warehouse before you visit.

1Do you deliver?
Yes but no. Our deliveries are outsourced to Brisk transport who service south east Queensland and can possibly deliver outside this area. If you would like a quote for delivery to a certain area or suburb please contact Brisk using a text message with the suburb or area on 0437846680 and they will reply with a quote.
2When are you open?
We are a Clearance House and only open to the public on selected weekends through the year. If the event has not been announced on Facebook, Instagram or our website then we do not have any information about when the next event will be.
3What are your payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods: Cash Credit Card Eftpos We are not a normal retail store, as such we do not offer finance or a lay-by system. We offer a delivery service which is outsourced to Brisk Transport. They charge based on location and the number of items when it exceeds 2 suites. The deliveries start on the following Monday after an event, and can take up to 10 business days depending on volumes. Pick up of items is welcome, on the sale days pickup is after 10am to 4pm and non-event days 8am to 3pm with prior notice.
4How do I see stock and pricing?

Furthermore on the eve of a event (generally a Friday night) we do a live stream for Q&A and for you to have a look around the warehouse before you visit.
5How does the day of the sale work?
First in best dressed, we do not hold stock prior to a event. You must be physically present to purchase, we do not do phone payments or online sales. When you see an item you would like, call out to one of the staff who will then provide you with a piece of paper securing that item for you. Some items are one off and others we have multiple of, if it is a one off, that is the item you will be receiving. We offer no further discounts, that is the price, no Buyers Premium, we are not an auction. You can either pick up the item yourself after 10am on the day or through the week, or have it delivered.
6How does pickup work?
Pick up of purchased stock is available from 10am to 4pm on event days or through the week following the event from 8am to 3pm. If you are unable to pick up your items with in this time frame please give us a call and we can work with you to find a suitable time.
